West Village

WEST VILLAGE is one of the most popular neighborhoods to live in. It is the center of bohemian lifestyle with classic artist’s lofts and new residential towers. Along the Hudson River, luxury residential buildings offer spectacular views of the river as well as the city. The West Village also provides narrow, cozy and crooked streets and 19th Century brownstones that retain the colonial feel of old New York. Often older buildings have been renovated, so behind the landmark facade is modern design.

People are drawn to the West Village for its quiet streets, low-rise townhouses, cafes, shops, small theaters, boutiques, bodegas and music clubs. The Meatpacking District features spacious lofts for sale and retail shops that include Catherine Maladrino, Stella McCartney and Yigal Azrouel. The West Village if filled with bookstores, cozy cafes and antique shops with all kinds of unique items for sale.
