TriBeCa

TRIBECA, the TRIangle BElow CAnal Street, lies on the lower West Side of Manhattan, bordered by Broadway and West Street. Tribeca is known for its world-famous restaurants and historic warehouse buildings. Tribeca is an exciting, upscale environment with luxurious lofts in elegant high-rise or cutting edge new construction. Tribeca was historically an industrial area filled with warehouses. The conversions of those warehouse buildings have produced great condo and co-op lofts. Behind the brick and cast-iron facades are high ceilings, great light and grand chef’s kitchens.

Tribeca offers a variety of activities. On the artistic front, there is the Tribeca Film Festival, which attract moviemakers and fans from around the world every spring.
