Financial District

The FINANCIAL DISTRICT is rich in history, from the Wall Street to the South Street Seaport. Wall Street is the focal point of this neighborhood, a narrow street home to the New York and American Stock Exchange. The South Street Seaport boasts many shops, restaurants, and bars, as well as antique ships that have been converted into floating museums. At night, the area is very peaceful and quiet.

Most of the apartments are converted skyscrapers, some of which once housed the headquarters of leading American companies. To make this area a more appealing home, buildings feature top-of-the-line amenities, such as gourmet kitchens, granite countertops, marble baths, fitness centers and concierge services. The apartments are typically larger and have higher ceilings than those uptown.
