As the Director of Marketing for Mercedes/Berk, Arthur plays an integral role in firm’s strategic growth. He is responsible for creation and supervision of all advertising and marketing-related efforts for the company’s New York City and Hamptons offices. He oversees the in-house Marketing Department designing graphic materials, property and agent marketing pieces, marketing campaigns for new residential and commercial projects, and corporate collateral pieces. Arthur also plans, directs and executes all information technology planning and on-line marketing for the firm.

With almost six years in the Manhattan real estate industry, Arthur’s experience has exposed him to nearly every aspect of residential brokerage and development. This experience has shaped his understanding of numerous processes and helped him develop his collaborative and dynamic approach to management. Working with the principals of M/B to maintain strong relationships with their established global clientele, he creates and executes solutions which address our clients’ highest expectations.

Arthur graduated from Hunter College with a dual Bachelors of Arts degree in Economics and International Relations, and resides on the Upper East Side.
