NOEL BERK, a native New Yorker, she spent 17 years as a sales and leasing broker at Cushman & Wakefield where, among other responsibilities, Noel managed Saks Fifth Avenue’s national real estate portfolio. She developed property in Westchester County, New York, dedicated to preserving large lots and open space. In 2001 she joined the firm as a named principal. Noel has an MBA in executive management and is a member of the Real Estate Board of New York’s Sales Broker Committee. She has executed real estate transactions of more than $2 billion. She lives on Central Park West and weekends at her second home in East Hampton.
